Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Brown Mahogany wood grain effect (close to Rosewood), with a White frame externally and White internally.

Has White hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality 3 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Glass is loose due to no rubbers but you can use foam gasket if needed. Crack in the front panel. Handle is loose but still is fully operational just does not sit horizontally could easily be fixed. – see last photo/s. – see last photo/s.

and Letterbox cover on one side missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
