uPVC / PVCu Front door and would cost around £700 if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed, but do have small defect/s- see last photo/s.

Defects:
Crack at bottom of frame – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a White frame both sides.

Comes with White handles and White hinges

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside

Security

Has a 3 point locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys

Missing Parts

Hinge Cover missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
