Condition
Excellent/very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places. There are some more significant scuffs on the outside of the window which can be seen in the last photos.
Colour
The colour internally and externally is Light Oak Golden Brown, with a same colour door frame both sides.
Comes with Gold handles and Silver hinges
Operating / Style
Top window opens outwards, bottom window is fixed.
Security
Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut- just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Gold edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has a leaded Diamond bars design on the glass.
Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
