UPVC BACK DOUBLE GLAZED DOOR-PVCU-OUTWARDS OPENING OPENS- HALF PANEL EXTERNAL

Good condition both sides with just some mastic / paint around the frame but this will easily clean off/ be hidden with trim. There are the odd light / dirt marks on the door but good condition for a used door. Comes with a key. The handles has a few light marks could be changed at a small expense from ebay.

Carefully removed by professional Upvc installers and comes fully complete with nothing missing, ready to be re-installed. To order this door new cost over £600. Not sure on the exact age of this door, but its modern and will pass all building regulations.

Door opens outwards to the left when opening from the outside. Has a 4 point locking system making it very secure and comes complete.

Has thick 28mm white warm edge toughened double glazed glass, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane. Internally beaded for extra security.

Ideal for anyone looking for a quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
