Condition

Installed in a showroom for less than 6 months, so has had no physical or external use.
Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some very light marks to the bottom sill/ edge of frame.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt pale Green, with a white/ off-white frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

When purchased direct it comes with a 8 year warranty to any paint/ varnish implications or warping. We are unable to offer this, but it shows the high quality of the product.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

Could be fitted flush with the floor level if sill was removed.

Security

High quality 7 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high security Anti-Snap barrel with 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
