High quality Wooden ‘Hardwood’ patio/ sliding doors, with fine attention to detail by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.

It is unclear what hardwood was used to manufacture the doors – please see closeup photos.

Professionally bespoke made to a very high standard.

The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Maintenance free and are designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do.
Would cost around £6,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

CONDITION

Installed in a showroom for 6-12 months, so has had no physical or external use.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Scratch to the left frame section on when viewing from the exterior. Small and hardly noticeable dent to the left hand door on the left edge close to the bottom which can easily be rectified by filling, sanding and repainting.

COLOUR

Professionally Varnished externally and internally so the original wood grain still shows, with a matching frame either side.

Has Silver handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Doors slide either way (allowing multiple combinations), on a double track system
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Can only be locked from the inside; you maybe able to drill though and fit an external lock if you required one.

SECURITY

High quality multipoint ‘SI’ locking system, each door having 2 locking points making it very secure.
The set does not come with a key as the locking is done via the handles on the ends of the doors.

GLAZING

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality set of sliding patio doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
