High quality Wooden ‘Timber’ French casement doors, with fine attention to detail by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.
Professionally Bespoke made to a very high standard from Engineered Meranti Hardwood.

The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Maintenance free and are designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

CONDITION

Installed in a showroom for 6-12 months, so has had no physical or external use.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Dent to the wood on the central cover strip and the central Georgian bar on the main traffic door which can be filled and re-painted easily (this happened on removal from the showroom unfortunately).

Some very light marks to the bottom exterior of the doors and the sill which may come off with a strong cleaner.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in ‘Duck Egg Blue’, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Chrome hinges with Chrome handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Right.

The door has a sill attached which can removed to leave a low threshold, meaning it can be flush with the floor level. If removing the sill the overall height is 203cm

SECURITY

7 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘UAP’ keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality French door set at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
