Condition

Installed in a showroom for 6-12 months, so has had no physical or external use.
Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

There is a chip out of the side of the frame, however this does not effect the window at all and wouldn’t be seen when installed -see last photos.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Blue Grey RAL7031 (close to slate grey), with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Security

Each opener has a four point ‘Kenrick’ locking system including top and bottom corners making it very secure.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality wooden casement window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
