MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Two small chips to the the internal wooden horizontal Georgian bars which can easily be filled, sanded and repainted.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Green, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Chrome hinges with Chrome handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Top and bottom sash’s slide up and down
Operates via springs.

SECURITY

Central keyless multipoint locking system making it very secure.

GLAZING

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These can not be removed.

Ideal if you’re after a high quality sliding box sash window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
