Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,000 each if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

There are small screw holes at the top of the window, see marked photo.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Gold hinges with Gold handles.

Top/ bottom sash’s slide up/ down

Security

multipoint locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked.

Glazing

Glazing is 18mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.
It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
