High quality Composite Front door (bespoke made by Solidor). Was only made on “12/03/2020” (see photos), and offers some of the very latest / highest quality, profile / locking system, modern design & security on the market. These are a mis-measure made slightly to the wrong size so are no longer required. This would cost around £1400 if ordered direct. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

CONDITION

Brand new has never been used or fitted, still sealed both sides in protective film. Not a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.

COLOUR

Externally Light Oak Golden Brown wood-grain effect & internally in White, with a White frame both sides.

Comes with Chrome handles and Chrome hinges

OPERATING / STYLE

Opens inwards to the left when being opened from the outside

SECURITY

Has a high quality 3 point ‘Aventis’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with a high quality anti snap barrel with 5 ‘Ultion’ security keys.

GLAZING

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £25.00 per pane total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
