High quality Composite Front door (bespoke made by Sobinco). These cost around £1300 if ordered direct. Have been installed and then removed the same day, so have had no physical use. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides item looks as new, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed,

Colour

Externally painted in Black wood-grain effect & internally in White, with a White frame both sides.

Comes with Chrome handles and Chrome hinges

Opens inwards to the right when being opened from the outside

Security

Has a high quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure. Has a new high quality anti snap barrel fitted and comes with 3 keys

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £50 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
