CONDITION

Has been previously fitted in a showroom for 6 months so looks nearly as new.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Chips to the frame on both sides which will be covered with trim when the door is installed. The gasket on the sill is slightly frayed in the middle however it can be easily replaced for a small expense. 

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Letterbox , Handles and key surround missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

COLOUR

Professionally varnished which shows the original wood grain.

Has Chrome hinges.

SIDELIGHT / WINDOW

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 29cm in width. 
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 101cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 130cm.

OPERATING / STYLE

Opens Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

SECURITY

Has a 5 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure.
Has been fitted with a new barrel so comes complete with 3 keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. 
Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these can be removed if required, leaving plain glass. Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. 

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
