High quality Wooden Solid Oak bi-folding doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
The door thickness is 5.3cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
There is some damage to the item which may need to be repaired.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:

Slight weathering in places externally so could do with a sand down/re varnish or painting.

Small chip and crack on one corner of one door.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Colour

The doors and frame are externally and internally lightly varnished so the original woodgrain shows.

Light Oak Golden Brown, with a matching frame either side.

Has ‘Henderson’ Brushed Stainless Steel hinges and comes complete with high quality ‘Blu’ Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are top hung.

Security

High quality 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a new barrel with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
