Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

CONDITION

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable, overall near mint condition.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Some scratches on the external side of the main door. One scratch has been touched up but is still slightly visible.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Black hinges with Chrome handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open 3 doors stacks to the left and 1 door stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over- see last photo for diagram.

SECURITY

High quality 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘Timpson’ key.

GLAZING

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
