Set of 2 High quality Aluminium fixed windows / sidelights with top lights, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £1,000 each if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

A single add-on is included with the set and its dimensions are as follows: 

Height: 270cm, Width: Exterior (2.5cm) & Interior lip (3.8cm), Depth: 7.7cm

CONDITION

Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Odd very light marks. Scratches on both of the handles. Screw hole cover of one of the handles is missing.

Missing:

Three drain hole covers are missing, however this does not affect the function of the doors at all.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Black handles.

TOP LIGHT / WINDOW

Just the top light/ window is: 60cm in height and can be removed if required.
This would leave just the door frame height of: 210cm.

OPERATING / STYLE

The window itself is fixed and does not move. Externally opening top light – see photos.

SECURITY

The window is is fixed but each top light has a 4 point locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the top lights, but they can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked.

You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

GLAZING

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £95 each including VAT total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations.
