Excellent/ near mint condition both sides, odd light mark but nothing exactly noticeable. Odd bit of mastic around the frame but nothing that wouldn’t clean off/ be hidden with new trim when installed. Has a few scratches on the bottom sill and a small dink – please see last photo.

Internally beaded for extra security and have a 5 point ‘Fuur’ locking system, making them very secure. Comes complete with 2 ‘Mila’ keys. Have matching white furniture and hinges and also a bottom sill.

Main traffic door is on the right when opening from the outside and opens separately. All doors stack externally to the left when fully open- have tried to show in photos.

Glass is thick clear 28mm toughened double glazed white warm edge spacer, with filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside any of the panes.

Will pass all building regulations, so are perfect for any new build or extension.
