High quality Short Aluminium Bi-folding doors (bespoke made by Smart) and would cost around £4,000 if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

CONDITION

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides- look nearly as new and had very little use. Has the odd very light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable. Bit of mastic around the frame, but once fitted with new trim this would all be hidden.

COLOUR

The colour internally and externally is Gloss White, with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with White handles and Black hinges

OPERATING / STYLE

Main traffic door is on the left when viewing from the outside and opens separately. When fully open all doors slide and stack externally to the right.

SECURITY

Has a 5 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if your after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
