Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

There is a small dent on top of the frame but this is less visible once fitted and could be covered by trim .
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Security

Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key – which is screwed into the top of the frame.

Externally opening windows- see photos.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a anthracite frame externally and a white frame internally.

The colour of the handles is white
