Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

Small mark on the bottom of the second window pane.

There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Sill end caps missing

Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Security

3 point Smart locking system making it very secure.

Opening

Externally opening windows- see photos.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is white and the colour of the hinges is silver.
