High quality Aluminium bi-folding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Smart’.
Would cost over £3,500 for a set if you were to order new direct.

Each set comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Dimensions: Height – 177.3cm, Width 251.5cm, Depth – 7cm

Glazing dimensions: Height – 161.2cm, Width 70.5cm, Depth – 28mm (x3 panes)

Defects: Scratch on the interior top left corner of the frame. Light scratch on the exterior top right corner of right door. Scratch on one of the exterior top hinges

Defects do not affect the doors function in any way.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Black hinges with Gold Chrome handles (these can easily be changed for £15).

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over- see last photo for diagram.

Security

5 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £85 per pane total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us. See first section for the glazing dimensions for each bifold.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass all building regulations.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality bifolds at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
