High quality Aluminium Bi-folding doors (bespoke made by Smart), which would cost around £4500 if you were to bespoke order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with the odd light cosmetic marks in places but nothing exactly noticeable. 

Defects:
There are light scratches to the front of one of the doors. Some paint has chipped off the handle, but could easily be touched up- see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Gloss), with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with White handles and White hinges.

Operating / Style

Main traffic door is on the left when viewing from the outside and opens separately. When fully open all doors slide and stack externally to the right.

Security

Has a 5 point ‘Aliplast’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with White warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality Bi-folding door’s at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
