High quality Aluminium bi-folding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Smart’.
Would cost over £4,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Missing Parts / Defects
Defects:
Some very light scratches to the interior of the frame in a couple of places.
Part of one of the beading strips is discoloured and needs respraying.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has White hinges with Chrome handles.
Operating / Style
Internally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the middle (there is no main traffic door); when fully open 2 doors stacks to the left and 2 doors stacks to the right- you can open either one of the 2 doors first.
Doors are bottom rolling.
There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Security
High quality multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 6 keys (3 Keys for each lock).
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £440 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations
