High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by Schuco.

Each bifold door and frame has multi layered rubber weather seals, ensuring resistance to the worst of our British weather.

Would cost around £6,000 if you were to order new direct.
Schuco if bought direct would provide a 20 year warranty, indicating these doors are well made.

Condition

Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.

Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.

Missing Parts/Defects

Slight dent to end of the track this could be straighten out. There’s also a tiny dink so the locking strip lip.

Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Keys are currently missing so the Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key, we are waiting to see if the manufacture has these.

Internal Vents missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

Police approved 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

When fully open all 3 doors stack to the right.

Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.

Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
