High quality Aluminium windows with panels (bespoke made by Schuco). These would cost £1,500+ if you were to order direct.

Were installed and then replaced 2 weeks later due to being the wrong way round. Carefully removed by professional installers and come fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

CONDITION

Excellent/ as new condition both sides item looks as new, with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed,

COLOUR

The colour internally and externally is Slate / Pale Grey(RAL7001), with a matching coloured frame/ handles either side. Please note the bottom panel on the inside is white, but this could easily be sprayed or replaced for glass (we can order a new pane for £85 inc vat).

SECURITY

Has a multipoint ‘Schuco’ locking system making it very secure.

GLAZING

Glazing is thick Double Glazed, Laminated safety glass (6.4mm/ 16mm/ 6.4mm) Clear, toughened with silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
