Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Please note: If being sunk into the ground (& fitting flush with floor level) the height will minus -4.8cm leaving a height of 219.7cm.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Black hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over- see last photo for diagram.

Security

High quality 5 point ‘Schuco’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high security Anti-Snap barrel with 1 ‘Schuco’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
