Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Defects

– Slight scratches on the frame.

– Small chip in the paint on top of main door.

– Faint marks around the doors and frame.

– Door clip broken to hold the doors together when open.

All these are cosmetic and do not effect the movement of the doors.

Security

Multipoint point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.

There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the right.

Door is top hung.

Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
