Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Does not have a single mark scratch or defect anywhere.

Colour

The colour externally is Matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Black hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside. The door is also a low threshold, meaning it can be installed flush to the ground and has nothing to step over. If sinking the door -2cm off the height for the threshold.

Security

11 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £125 in total + VAT total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
