Set of 3 High quality uPVC / PVCu box sash windows (1 large middle window and two narrower side windows), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Rehau’.
Would cost over £1,500 if you were to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with White handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight/window is 50cm in width.
If using none of the sidelights leaving just the frame of the middle window, the width will be 104.5cm.

Operating / Style

All three windows have both panes sliding up and down and tilting inwards.
All the windows operate via springs.

Security

Each window has a central locking system as well as spring locks for each pane, making them very secure.

The main window comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys and the side windows come with 1 ‘ERA’ key as well.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after a set of large high quality sliding box sash windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
