Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Screw holes from where self closer was installed previously.

Light marks on both sides of door.

Slight rust around spy hole on inside of door.

Small dent to bottom threshold

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Missing parts:
Handles missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Red and internally woodgrain White, with a upvc White frame.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new thumb turn barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
