High security Wooden ‘Timber/ clad’, bespoke made by ‘Rationel’.
Professionally bespoke made to a very high standard.
The door thickness is 8.2cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.

External frame is aluminium, internal and door solid Timber.

Condition

Fitted into a showroom for 6-12 months, so has had no physical use.

Some mastic around the frame but this can easily be hidden with trim.
As new condition, tiny chip on the inside, but easily filled/ painted over.

Missing Parts / Defects

Missing parts:
Handles, Locking Plates & Barrel missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low.  expense.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally in Matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016 and internally powder coated in White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open Inwards to the left when being opened from the outside.
There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above.

The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

Has a low threshold, so can be fitted flush to the floor level and has nothing to step over.

Security

3 point high security ‘Abus’ locking system making it very secure.
There is no lock or handle- please see picture of barrel holes for lock required.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
