Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

The Georgian bars are provided but need to be stuck to the glass in position. This is normally done with sticky double sided tape.

Missing Parts / Defects

Missing parts:
Vents missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Black, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Security

7 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high security Anti-Snap barrel with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing as well as, externally & internally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
