High quality Aluminium Casement window (bespoke made by Origin) These are a mismeasure made slightly to the wrong size so are no longer required. These cost around £500 if ordered direct.

Condition

Brand new has never been used or fitted, with no marks or scratches

Defects:
Frame is slightly bent on the edge. This wont be noticeable once installed – see last photo/s.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White (Gloss) , with a matching coloured frame either side.

Comes with Silver handles.

Operating / Style

Window opens outwards when viewing from the outside.

Security

Has a 4 point ‘Kenrick Nemesis’ locking system making it very secure. Comes with one ‘Origin’ key

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £55 per pane total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality & pass all building: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

If you want to order yourself the units required are:

Smaller pane – Width: 38.5cm, Height: 38.4cm

Larger pane – Width: 44.2cm, Height: 44.2cm

Ideal if you’re after a high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order this new direct would cost considerably more.
