Description

High quality Aluminium Patio/ Sliding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Origin’.
Produced on “24/11/20” (see photos), and offers some of the latest security & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £4,500 if you were to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

These come with a extra deep sill which is 23cm in depth.

Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Doors slide either way (allowing multiple combinations), on a double track system.

Security

Has a high quality 6 point ‘Origin’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with a high quality anti snap barrels with 6 ‘Ultion’ keys for each lock.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
