Description
High quality Aluminium Casement window bespoke made by Origin and would cost over £1,000 if you were to order direct- see second picture for invoice of a similar size window. This was fitted into a showroom for a few months, so has had no physical use or external use Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Excellent/ as new condition both sides item looks as new, with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable.
Colour
The colour internally and externally is Ral 9007m Dark Silver metallic, with a matching coloured frame either side.
Comes with matching colour handles.

Security
Has a high quality multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut- just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
