High quality Aluminium casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Origin’.
Produced on “03/08/2020” (see photos), and offers some of the latest security & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £700 each if you were to order new direct.

 

SIZES:

Windows A (left): Sizes are displayed in the box but has a side add on which adds 1.5cm to width if using.

Window B: sizes are in the box

and C (right): Sizes are displayed in the box but has a side add on which adds 1.5cm to width if using.

CONDITION

Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Does not have a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Missing parts:
Handles are not included. missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

OPERATING / STYLE

Externally opening windows – See photo.

Window A opens outwards to the left when viewing from the inside.

Window B opens outwards to the left when viewing from the inside.

Window C opens outwards to the right when viewing from the inside.

SECURITY

High quality 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

GLAZING

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
