High quality Aluminium back door, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Origin’.
Manufactured in December 2020, and offers some of the latest security & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

CONDITION

As new, was part installed and removed the same day by professional installers. 
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

DEFECTS

There are 3 very light marks on the door and gasket. – Please see last photo/s

COLOUR

The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

OPERATING / STYLE

The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

SECURITY

Has a high security 7 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high quality Anti-Snap barrel with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

GLAZING

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £120 total inc vat, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
