Wooden ‘Oak Veneer’ front door.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Missing parts:
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Letter box is rusty on the inside so could do with being replaced.

Paint is worn off on the knocker could easily be touched up.

Two small drill holes where alarm was previously fitted.

Colour

The colour externally is Gloss White and internally natural Light Oak Golden Brown veneer, the front could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing the same as the inside.

Has Chrome hinges with Black handles.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.
Locks/ hinges could be altered/ filled if you wanted the door opening another way.

Security

Two ‘ERA’ locks system making it very secure.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Glazing

Glazing is triple Glazed around 18mm thick, Distorted, toughened, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Decorative gold bar glass, with a lovely 3D design inside.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
