High quality uPVC / PVCu Front door (bespoke made by Legend70).

This is a mis-measure made slightly to the wrong size so is  no longer required. This would cost considerably more if bought new direct today. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

Condition

Brand new has never been used or fitted, still sealed both sides in protective film and wrapping from the factory. Not a single mark, scratch or defect anywhere.

Colour

The colour internally and externally is White, with a matching White frame externally and internally. Comes with White handles and White hinges.

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

Security

Has a high quality multipoint locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Door has a Carolina window with Georgian bars internally inside the glazing. Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Silver spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
