Condition

External doors but previously installed internally, so have never been open to weathering.

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ as new condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Residue on the sill from previous installation which should come off with a strong cleaner.

Colour

Externally and internally professionally varnished so the original wood-grain still shows, with a matching frame either side.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are top hung.

Security

3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 20mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Ideal if you’re after a high quality bifold set at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
