High quality Wooden ‘Hardwood’ front door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
The door thickness is 6.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Would cost over £2,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Rubber seal on the bottom of the door frame is torn, the outside door handle is dis-coloured, there are a few small holes around the door frame that are from a previously fitted doorbell.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
One piece of trim is missing from the front of the door, this can easily be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

Externally and internally varnished, so the original wood-grain still shows, with a matching frame either side.

Has Gold hinges with Gold Chrome handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is 62.4cm in width and can be removed if required.
Just the door frame is 95cm in width.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open Inwards to the left when being opened from the outside.

Security

High quality 4 point locking system making it very secure.
Has a new barrel and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing.

Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing with a lovely stained flower design. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units, as you can not remove the leaded bars.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
