Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides with just the odd light mark in places but nothing exactly noticeable, Little mastic around the frame, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off/ hidden with trim when installed,

Colour

Painted internally and externally in Brown, with a matching coloured frame either side.. Could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood-grain showing.

Comes with Silver handles and Silver hinges

Security

Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure. Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
