Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Not bowed or rotted at all

Defects

Small screw holes on the door were numbers used to be.

Slight chips on paint work can be easily painted over.

A few nails in the frame.

Multipoint point Yale locking system making it very secure

Comes with 2 JMA keys

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 30cm in width
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 93.4cm
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 123.4cm

Glazing

Glazing is thick single glazed, clear, toughened with tinted panes, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt Slate Grey (RAL 7015), with a matching frame either side

The colour of the handles is solid-brass and the colour of the hinges is solid-brass
