Hardwood fixed windows handmade/bespoke by a professional joinery company and cost over £750 each. The set would cost around £3000 if you were to order new today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable. Has small defect/s. All defects are only cosmetic and the item is still in fully working order.

The windows are not rotted or warped at all.

Defects:
Minor scratches/chips on the interior side of panel C and small holes on the top interior side of panels C and D. See last photos. Exterior is slightly weathered on all panels with some light paint/mastic but can be easily sanded down and re-varnished.

Colour

Internally and externally varnished, with the original wood grain still visible.

Operating / Style

Windows are fixed and do not open.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has a slight tint to the glass. Has a leaded pattern design on the glass.

Ideal if your after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
