MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS
Defects:
Some patches of white paint in a few areas on both the interior and exterior which can be easily rectified by stripping and re-painting.
There are a few spots where paint is peeling on the bottom section of both doors and a couple of chips to the wood on the outer edge and interior of both doors.
Door has a small patch of surface rot in the bottom right corner of the main traffic door when viewing from the exterior.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Missing parts:
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
COLOUR
The colour externally and internally is Gloss Black, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing.
Has matching coloured furniture.
OPERATING / STYLE
Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Right.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
SECURITY
The doors have a single central ‘Yale’ Chubb lock and 3 internal bolt locks making it very secure.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Ideal if you’re after a set of high quality timber garage doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
