Wooden ‘Hardwood’ Georgian Bar casement window.
Each window would cost around £2,000 if you were to bespoke make.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Top centre window needs to be screwed back into window A – please see photos.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side. but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing.

Has White hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening window. Window A has only the top centre pane opening, while Window B has all top panes opening. On both windows, all bottom panes are fixed and do not open – see photos.

Security

Each opener has a single latch lock.
Window B comes with one key.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are areas on both windows where paint has peeled or is peeling. These will need sanding down and re-painting to restore the original finish. Window B has one piece of glass which was cracked however the window will come with a new pane of glass on delivery. The pane will then need to be fitted.

Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
The front of the sill has broken off on Window A so a new sill would need to be made up and attached.

Glazing

Glazing is 18mm (Window A) and 14mm (Window B) thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.
It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
