We have two other matching windows which are slightly larger. Please see item number:

Wooden ‘Hardwood’ Georgian Bar casement window.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to bespoke make.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Top window needs to be screwed back onto the frame

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side, but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing

Has White hinges with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening window. Only the top left pane opens and the rest of the panes are fixed – see photos.

Security

Has a multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a key

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There are some areas where paint has peeled off and the window can be sanded down and re-painted to restore the finish.

The the sill has broken off so would need to be replaced.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.

Glazing

Glazing is 18mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
