Hardwood Wooden Casement window This would cost considerably more if bought new direct today. Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides Just the odd light mark in places but exactly noticeable.

Defects:
There is a very small dent to the window, exterior side. – see last photo/s.

Colour

Painted internally and externally in Cream, with a matching coloured frame either side.. Could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood-grain showing.

Comes with Brushed Stainless Steel handles.

Operating / Style

Window opens outwards when viewing from the outside and the right pane opens from the inside.

Security

Has a 3 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure. There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has a Georgian bars design on the glass.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
