Wooden back outwards opening door. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

CONDITION

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Defects:
Small chip to the top of interior side of the door. – see last photo/s.

COLOUR

Painted internally and externally in White, with a matching coloured frame either side. Could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood-grain showing.

Comes with Chrome handles and Chrome hinges

OPERATING / STYLE

Opens outwards to the left when being opened from the outside.

The total height is 204.5cm with the sill being 4.5cm. If the sill is removed, the door could be used as a low threshold, the height would then be 200cm

SECURITY

Has a 3 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure. Has a new ‘ERA’ barrel and comes complete with 3 keys
