High quality Wooden Front door bespoke made by ‘Timber windows’ and would cost over £3,000 (when complete with frame) if you were to bespoke order new today. 

The door has a thickness of 6cm compared to the standard 4.4cm factory doors and is designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can

Condition

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Has small defect/s. All defects are only cosmetic and the item is still in fully working order. This was installed for 3 months, however some sap has come through on the door and has been replaced under warranty.

Defects:
Some sap coming though on bottom part of door and light scratches- see marked defects in photos.

Colour

Professionally power coated externally in Black & internally coated in White. Comes with Gold hinges.

Operating / Style

Opens inwards to the right when being opened from the outside

Security

Has a 5 point ‘FURH’ locking system making it very secure. A new thumb lock has been fitted which comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

Missing Parts

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible. Handles and Door Knocker missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer-bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
